LOUISVILLE WORKSHOP:
Preparing Homeschool Transcripts
and
State High School Requirements

This will be a "hands-on" workshop. During our morning together we will be working through worksheets, answering questions and either entering your information into the blank Word Document transcript (if you have a wireless laptop) or onto your hardcopy paper transcript. We will answer questions specific to your son or daughters homeschool needs.

The Goal: To is to have everyones transcript concerns and questions answered, a transcript started and maybe even completed by the end of the session. Once you have registered, you will receive an email from me a few days before the 30th with a list of what to bring to make your time more productive.

Ad the end of the morning we will also review Kentucky and Indiana State law for High School graduation requirements.

After the workshop....if you have a question or run into a problem you didn't think about...you will be welcome to follow up with me with questions.

Christian colleges, Liberal Art Colleges, State Universities and the Ivies...how do I know which is right for me? What do I look for during my college visit? This is a MUST do workshop for anyone who’s child is entering their Junior or Senior year!

Intercollegiate Sports, Recruiting and the NCAA Clearing House
Don’t I have to be recruited to play sports at college? How do I let a university know I am interested in playing sports? What is the NCAA clearing house and how does a homeschooler apply? Can I receive a scholarship if I play sports at a university?

The Financial Aid Roller-coaster!
What is FASFA and CSS? When do I apply? Learn the difference between Merit Aid, Grants, Work study and Loans. How to find and apply for scholarships? Should my son or daughter take out loans for college? What options are there for low income families of high achieving students?

Workshop’s within the Greater Louisville, Kentucky area (50 mile radius):
You supply the location. Minimum of 10 families required. Each workshop will vary from 2 - 3 hours. These will be hands-on workshops where we hope to have each family on track to a finished “product” by the end of our time together. $50 participation fee per family.

Outside of the Greater Louisville, Kentucky area:
Yes, I would love to come work with you and your group. Prices will depend upon travel distance and possible overnight accommodation requirements. Please contact me with your information so that I can quote you a price.
