A 30 minute phone consultation or for local residents a face to face meeting is available to help you decide which service is best for your student and family.
Full Service Private Counseling Package
Investment covers up to 3 years of service. ~ Guidance available from beginning of Sophomore year through to June after Senior year.
Personalized attention through the entire process which can include any of the following:
Develop and finalize a Homeschool High School Transcript.
Develop a Comprehensive Record including Course Descriptions, Reading Lists,Awards, Volunteering and more.
Guidance in assembling a portfolio with specialized interests for Research
Papers, Essay, Poetry, Artwork, Theater and Music Productions, or other
specialized interests.
Planning, scheduling and monitoring of SAT/ACT/AP progress.
Advising of Class schedule.
Tracking of students state home school requirements for graduation.
Assistance in matching students profile, needs and goals to consider appropriate colleges and universities.
Providing resources for career choices.
Assist student in scheduling and preparing for college visits.
Guidance and assistance through the entire college application process of up to
7 college applications.
Assisting and guiding through scholarship searches.
Reviewing your Student Aid Report (SAR) to evaluate the Expected Family
Contribution (EFC) for financial planning.
Reviewing 529 and other college investment savings plans.
Assist in working with the NCAA Clearing House for Athletes who wish to compete in Intercollegiate sports at a college level.
Assist in sport recruiting avenues.
Assist in selection of Teachers, Coaches and others for Recommendation Letters.
Preparation of College Interviews with mock interviews.
Brainstorming and giving guidance to Personal Statements and Essays.
Final Review of College Applications.
Assistance in FAFSA and CSS submissions for Financial Aid.
Evaluation of Admissions Offers.
Research summer opportunities for studies, volunteering, internships or work.
Timeline and deadline reminders.
Unlimited access through email, phone and if local, face to face communication.
This package is has a limited availability. To make sure I give each student the best service and time necessary, I limit my commitment to 4 Seniors, 4 Juniors and 4 Sophomores. Once I have a particular slot filled, I will no longer be able to take a new student until the follow year when my Seniors graduate.
Hourly Rates
Offered for those who would just like to focus on a few areas that they have a specific concern. (Examples would be for students who need assistance with building the transcript or comprehensive record, financial aid questions and concerns, reviewing of essays or college applications, or any other areas listed above.)
Investment: $125/hour.
Four Hour Package
Four hours that can be booked in 30 or 1 hour sessions. For local residents, it can include face to face meetings. For long distance students it will include possible face to face meetings if that has been arranged, or email, phone, skype, webinar or webcam communication.
Investment: $450
Ten Hour Package
Ten hours that can be booked in 30 or 1 hour sessions. For local residents, it can include face to face meeting. For long distance students it will include possible face to face meeting if that has been arranged, or email, phone, skype, webinar or webcam communication.
Investment: $1125
Full Service Transcript and Comprehensive Record Preparation
Beginning in Senior Year - $450
Beginning in Junior Year - $350 (Additional $250 in Senior year to complete)
Beginning in Freshman and Sophomore Years - $250 in first year and $250 for each additional year.

All fees are non-refundable. We offer a free 30 minute consultation to see which level of service is right for you. Hourly and Hourly Package Rates are payable at the beginning of each session via paypal payment or cash is acceptable.
Contact us for Full Service Private Counseling Package Rates and availability. Full service package rates for beginning Sophomore students are 1/3 payment due July 1st of each year. Junior Students are 1/2 payment due July 1st of each year. Senior students are 50% due at beginning and balance due 2 months later or November 1st (whichever comes first) of Senior year.
